Absolutely not. Same as there are no “must eat” foods, there are no “off limits” foods or drinks either. No more social anxiety because you are on a diet not self punishment with excessive cardio because you ate something yo enjoyed. All we have to do is educate ourself about the impact certain foods have on our goals and become mindful and accountable for our dietary choices.
